SKROP / VOICE TRAINING FOR SALESPEOPLE

Trainbeforeselling.

Skrop is a platform for training your sales team. In voice conversations with an AI, salespeople learn to explain your product, answer objections and serve a simulated customer. When they get it wrong, they get guidance and try again.

AFTER THE TRAINING

They watched.
But can they
explain it?

Ask them to explain the product the way they would to a customer.

01 / A QUESTION EVERY TEAM TRAINER HAS

You taught it.
How do you know they learned it?

Participant scrolls social media on their phone while the instructor explains in the training room.
In the classroom

Everyone showed up. Who learned?

You gathered the team and invested time and money. When the training ends, it's still hard to know who can explain the product on their own.

Man watches football on TV while a lesson keeps playing on his phone.
In the online course

The video played to the end.

But was the salesperson paying attention? Completing the course, on its own, doesn't answer that.

Participant looks up an answer on their phone while filling in an assessment on the computer.
In the test

The answer is right. Where did it come from?

They may have understood it, asked a colleague or gotten help from an AI. The score doesn't tell that part.

Salesperson searches the catalogue for an explanation while the customer waits for an answer.
With the customer

You can't be at every sale.

Sometimes you only find out a good explanation was missing after the opportunity has passed. And you still need to find time to teach.

WHY TRAIN BY VOICE?

Because they will need
to talk to the customer.

On Skrop, the salesperson has to hear the question, think and answer in their own words. If they say the product saves time, they'll have to explain how. If they say it's worth the price, they'll have to show why.

The conversation demands attention and makes clear where they still get confused. Skrop points out what was missing, helps correct it and asks for another try. You can see what they can explain before putting them in front of a customer.

02 / HOW IT WORKS

They learn with
the product they'll be selling.

Training uses your product's selling points and your customers' questions. There are three stages. In all of them, Skrop guides the salesperson as they practise.

01

First, they learn to explain the product.

You choose the selling points they need to know. The salesperson trains each one until they can say what it is, how it works and why it makes a difference to the customer.

02

Then, they practise the hard answers.

High price, doubts about results, comparison with a competitor. They learn to hear the customer's concern and answer with facts about your product.

03

Finally, they rehearse a whole sale.

The AI plays a customer with their own needs and doubts. The salesperson has to ask questions, understand the problem and show how the product can help.

03 / WHAT THEY NEED TO LEARN

They need to know how to explain it.
Without you by their side.

SELLING POINTS

What does this product do for your customer?

For each selling point, Skrop checks three things:

  1. Can they name it? They remember the selling point and know when to use it.
  2. Can they explain it? They understand how it works and can tell someone else.
  3. Can they show the value? They explain what changes for that customer: less spending, less work or more safety.

You choose which selling points are mandatory. The salesperson only moves on when they reach the third level in all of them.

OBJECTIONS

“It's expensive.” Now what?

Skrop researches your product and your competitors to surface the objections that may come up. You can add others or remove the ones that don't make sense for your team.

The salesperson trains how to answer without ignoring the customer's concern. Saying “our product has better quality” doesn't cut it: they need to explain the difference and why it matters for that purchase.

YOUR TEAM'S ANSWERS

Got a better answer? Send a voice note.

The AI suggests answers based on its research. But your best salesperson may know something that isn't on the internet. Record how you answer that objection. Skrop compares the audio with what it already knows and writes a suggestion. You read it, adjust it if you want and approve what goes into training.

You send the audio → Skrop writes → You approve

SALES SIMULATION

Before offering, they need to understand.

In the simulation, the AI plays a customer with a problem to solve. The salesperson has to find out what it is. The assessment follows SPIN Selling, a question-based sales method:

S · Situation
How does this customer work today? What do they already use?
P · Problem
What's causing trouble? What are they unhappy with?
I · Implication
How much does it cost or delay? What risks and difficulties does this problem bring?
N · Need-payoff
What would improve if they solved it? Here, the salesperson helps the customer say what they would gain.

At the end, they get a score from 0 to 100 and see what they did well, what they missed and what they could have said. Then they train again, until they reach the score the program requires.

04 / FOR THE MANAGER

Know who's ready
and who needs help.

You follow the team
without listening to every session.

Skrop guides the salesperson and asks them to practise what they haven't learned yet. You follow who is training, what each person already knows and which difficulties show up in more than one salesperson.

  • Selling pointsWhich parts of the product they can already explain and which still confuse them.
  • ObjectionsWhich customer questions they answer well and which they need to practise more.
  • CompletionThey only finish the program when they reach the required result in every mandatory stage.
